Plastic Caps can be manufactured at no extra charge in any length between an inside length 1 and the maximum length. Dip moulded caps can be manufacture in any colour. Our in-house tool design, machine shop and secondary departments can help with most custom products.
Standard size plastic end caps
We offer all standard sizes of caps to 19mm in a minimum quantity of 100 pieces and larger sizes are available in minimum quantity of 50. As standard these vinyl caps are in black or red. We can also manufacture over 2 million caps per week for the larger customer
